Bryan Marshall is the Vice President of Managed Services at Voxai and has been an essential leader at Voxai since 2015. With over 25 years of experience in technology and the last 13 in the contact center industry, Bryan has extensive expertise in many contact center technologies and their implementation and delivery. His diverse technical background includes software development, network engineering, server and infrastructure support, helpdesk, and information security support. Before joining Voxai, Bryan held consulting or technical management roles at Sallie Mae, TXU, and AT&T. Bryan led teams supporting 2500 to 6000-seat contact centers running Genesys SIP technology.
As the leader of professional services, Bryan leverages his unique blend of technical knowledge and experience supporting large contact centers to ensure that the solutions Voxai delivers will accommodate the constant rhythm of operational and technological change integral to the contact center industry.
