Julie joined Voxai in October 2016 as senior director and is currently responsible for Voxai’s customer success program and marketing.
She has over 20 years of experience in the contact center industry, assisting customers in finding the right solution to improve their customer experience and meet corporate business objectives. Previously, Julie spent six years with Acqueon Technologies, a software manufacturer for proactive outbound solutions, as VP, leading the global sales and marketing teams. Before that, she held various sales management and business development roles with Nortel (now Avaya), Verizon, and several software startups.
In her current role, she is responsible for the year-over-year success of our current customer relationships, partnership management, and marketing. Every day she shares her passion for the constantly changing array of technologies supporting the customer experience management industry with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Julie has a BS in Journalism and is a proud Jayhawk from the University of Kansas. She offices out of the Coppell, Texas headquarters.
