Ted joined Voxai in May 2009. He is an experienced solution engineer with over 15 years of experience in complex, multi-site call center implementations. He has extensive experience in networking and telephony architecture. Ted has grown Voxai’s SBC and network consulting practice so Voxai can offer complete end-to-end solutions for our customers. Before Voxai, he was a consultant and senior developer for many Fortune 500 companies, including lead call center architect for Cap Gemini’s North American Call Center practice.
As head of solution engineering, Ted helps customers determine the right solution and provides technical leadership during the transition to Voxai Managed Services.
Ted is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in computer science.
