Coppell, Texas- Voxai Solutions (http://www.voxai.com) announced expansion of their sales team with the hiring of Liz Duarte as Account Executive. Liz will be focused on enterprise Customer Experience (CX) transformation services for employee and customer engagements nationwide. She brings over 20 years of sales experience working with Fortune 100 and 500 organizations with vertical expertise in finance & insurance, transportation, utilities and retail.
Prior to joining Voxai, she was an Enterprise Account Executive at Genesys Telecommunications, a global leader of contact center solutions focused on improving CX. Since 2014, her focus was managing global, highly visible and very strategic accounts in aviation, finance, utilities and environmental waste management. Prior to Genesys, Liz had business development responsibilities at IBM and Pitney Bowes. Her expertise with contact center solutions and building customer relationships make her a great addition to the Voxai team where deep Genesys expertise and long-term customer relationships are the cornerstone of the Voxai Solutions culture and mission

Liz is a graduate of University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She resides in Dallas with her family and will office out of the Dallas location.
