Voxai Solutions Names New Managed Services Leader
Coppell, Texas – Voxai Solutions, Inc. Dec. 1, 2016 (http://www.voxai.com) announced today that Steve Dziubinski has joined the company as Senior Director to lead the firm’s Managed Services division. Steve brings over two decades of experience in the Contact Center Technology industry leading large consulting practices and critical first and second tier support organizations. He comes to Voxai from Collabramind, a call center focused professional services organization recently sold to NWN. Previously he was with Verizon Business as Managing Director where he was responsible for managing a consulting organization that provided large scale contact center technology solutions for Fortune 500 customers.
Steve will lead the expanded Service Delivery and Customer Engagement team. He will have day to day responsibility for Voxai’s Federally certified NOC in the Coppell office which supports a number of government and Fortune 100 customers.
