VP, Sales
David Baker is VP of North American sales and joined Voxai in 2021. He is responsible for leading the North American sales organization. He brings over 20 years of sales and sales management experience with several contact center technology and services companies.
Before joining Voxai, David was VP of Financial Services for ENACOMM, a leading provider of voice, AI, and fraud solutions to the financial industry. He has held several sales leadership roles in his career and was instrumental in delivering growth and success to those organizations. These companies include Unify, Computer Instruments, Servion, Envox, and Edify.
David truly enjoys helping people find the right solutions that result in innovative customer experience solutions.
David holds a BS in Business from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA, and will office out of Austin, where he resides with his family.
