Tim Gogal joined Voxai in October 2022 as a senior director to lead the firm’s Bot, Applications, and AI practice. Tim brings over 20+ years of experience in the contact center and customer service industry as an industry innovator and thought leader in the Fortune 500 space. Most recently, Tim led Avaya’s Public Cloud Business in a General Manager role. Tim was responsible for Avaya’s establishment in the Public cloud sector by leading a team of innovators and engineers in building the company’s enterprise class Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS). Prior to his GM role, Tim built and led Avaya’s CXI (Customer Experience Innovation) Sales practice where he and his team partnered with major cloud platform and applications leaders, such as Google, Amazon, Twilio, and Microsoft Azure and built Avaya’s AI & CPaaS business.
As head of Voxai’s Innovation practice, Tim will continue to lead and shape the path forward for Voxai’s customers as they migrate to the cloud and leverage cloud-native applications and services built “fit-for-purpose” for their unique business.
