Bhanu Degapudi is the director of managed services – implementation, and he joined Voxai in 2012. He has extensive and diverse work experience in multiple business verticals and IT organizations. Over the years, he has worked in different roles and excelled at solution implementation, customer success engagement, and managed services lifecycle process development. Before Voxai, Bhanu worked for Verizon, where he managed IVR and CTI applications deployed across multiple data centers serving business units with 20K+ agents, led data center consolidation, and end-end application builds for the company spinoff.
In his current role, Bhanu has taken the responsibility to manage service delivery for multiple high-profile accounts. He manages the senior engineering team that implements and supports complex contact center solutions and business demands.
Bhanu has a Bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications, Masters in computer sciences, and certifications in Microsoft and VOIP networking, Java programming, telecommunications, business management, and Genesys.
