James has been a successful sales executive and entrepreneur focused on the customer experience for over 25 years. His technical knowledge and capabilities led him to identify critical, innovative applications in the contact center whitespace. He held Directorial roles for several software startups focused on the contact center space.
Before joining Voxai in 2011, James was the executive leader of the Contact Center Services practice at Verizon Business which served Fortune 200 accounts across the globe. He founded this group in 1994, and it grew to $30M before it got acquired by Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in 2000.
His strategic, customer-centric approach to matching customers with the right solutions is a successful formula that builds trust and loyalty for the long term.
James is a Michigan alumni and offices out of the Coppell, Texas headquarters.
