Steve Dziubinski joined the company in November 2016 as senior director to lead the firm’s managed services division. Steve brings over two decades of experience in the contact center technology industry-leading, large consulting practices, and critical first and second-tier support organizations. He comes to Voxai from Collabramind, a contact center-focused professional services organization recently sold to NWN. Previously, Steve was with Verizon Business as Managing Director. He was responsible for managing a consulting and support organization that provided large-scale contact center technology solutions for many Fortune 500 customers.
Steve leads the expanded service delivery and customer engagement team, supporting the only dual (Commercial and Federally Certified) Network Operations Centers focused solely on the Genesys platform. Steve brings intensity and passion to a job seven days a week, 24 hours each day, ensuring that each customer can rely on their contact center platform.
