Sunil Rudraraju started Voxai Solutions in 2005 with a select group of consultants focused on building applications and providing services that improved the customer experience. Sunil’s vision for services and development differed from existing providers because he invested the time upfront in building highly available applications for customers that required less maintenance over time. Less maintenance translates into less downtime, less risk to the business, and reduced costs. Sunil also saw that most service organizations mainly focused on short term projects and revenue versus providing actual, long-term value to the customer. By building long-term partnerships with customers and delivering tangible value, Voxai has grown to over 180 employees in the last sixteen years, and its customer list includes many Fortune 500 companies.
Sunil has spent his entire career in the contact center technology industry, where he has been a technical consultant and leader at many notable companies, including Verizon.
He holds a BS in civil engineering and a Masters in economics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India, and a Masters in computer science from the University of North Texas.
