Coppell, Texas- Voxai Solutions (http://www.voxai.com ) announced the appointment of David Baker as Vice President of Sales. David will be focused on expanding the North American sales organization. He brings over 20 years of sales and sales management experience with several contact center technology and services companies.
Prior to joining Voxai, David was VP of Financial Services for ENACOMM, a leading provider of voice, AI, and fraud solutions to the financial industry. In his career, David has held several sales leadership roles and was instrumental in delivering growth and success to each of those organizations. These companies include Unify, Computer Instruments, Servion, Envox and Edify.
In his current role at Voxai, he and his team will be focused on winning new logo accounts and expanding our market reach within the Genesys ecosystem as well as our partner ecosystem.
